Only what you type into our forms or send us in a messenger: the VIN, your contact detail (phone/messenger), optionally your name, email and message. Our server additionally logs the IP address, browser user-agent, the page URL and the referrer of the submission, for anti-spam purposes.
To prepare your free report, to contact you about your request, and to carry out the work you order. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing and we do not sell, rent or share it with data brokers.
Our own staff, and only where strictly necessary, the third-party website or search engine to which a removal request relating to your selected URLs is submitted. Nothing beyond what the specific request requires is disclosed.
Request data is retained while your case is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and support, then deleted. You may ask us to delete your record earlier by writing to the email below.
The site stores your chosen interface language in your browser's local storage. If web analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand traffic and are not linked to your VIN or contact details.
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and access to stored requests is limited to authorised staff.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. Write to the address below and we will respond.
