What we do

DMCA and GDPR violations β€” including data about your property

We act when something about you or your property is published without your permission. Vehicle and VIN data is the request we get most often, which is why it has its own section below β€” but the same grounds cover photographs, documents and personal data of any kind.

DMCA β€” copyright infringement

Takedown notices for photos, video and text republished without permission β€” including listings and photographs of your own property, your vehicle among them. Sent to the host, the platform and the search index, and escalated when the first notice is ignored.

GDPR β€” personal data

Erasure and objection requests to the controller, and a formal complaint where a controller refuses a lawful request. This covers data that identifies you through your property just as much as your name or address.

Personal photos and documents

Private photographs and photographs of documents β€” passport, licence, title, insurance β€” plus addresses and contact details published without your consent. Removal from the site and de-indexing from search.

Legal consultation and support

The first consultation is free, on any of the above. We choose the right ground, draft the notice, deal with the platform and follow the matter through. If there is no realistic route in your case, we say so before you pay.

Every route above ends in a request to whoever published the material, or to the index that lists it. None of them touches an official record, and none of them changes what happened.

The mechanism

How your car ended up on the internet

Nobody published it on purpose. Here is the actual chain β€” and where we cut it.

You buy at a US auction

Copart, IAAI or Manheim. The lot page is public while the sale runs.

Copart IAAI Manheim

130+ sites copy it

Scrapers mirror the lot β€” VIN, photos, damage report β€” onto their own domains and keep it forever.

Search engines index it

From that moment anyone who types your VIN sees the whole auction file on the first page.

We cut the chain here

Removal requests to every copying site, then de-indexing requests so the entries drop out of search.

Confirmed per URL

We cut the copies, not the record. The official history report stays exactly as it is β€” that part is not ours to touch, and we say so in writing.

Scope of work

What exactly we work with

Auction listings get scraped and reposted across hundreds of aggregator sites, then indexed by search engines. That is the layer we clean up.

Search results

De-indexing requests for URLs that surface when someone searches your VIN, plus removal of cached and thumbnail copies.

Republished photos

Galleries copied from the original listing onto third-party sites, image-search entries and mirrored CDN copies.

Aggregator listing pages

The scraper pages themselves β€” bidfax, stat.vin, bid.cars, autoastat and 130+ similar resources that republish lot data.

Video re-uploads

Walk-around and lot videos re-published on video platforms and embedded on third-party pages.

Mirrors and clones

The same listing usually lives on 5–40 mirror domains. We map all of them from one VIN so nothing is left behind.

Ongoing monitoring

Scrapers re-crawl. Optional monitoring re-checks your VIN monthly and flags any new repost.

Honest scope

What we do not touch

We work only with public third-party pages that republish auction data. We do not alter, falsify or delete any official record, and the vehicle's documented history stays exactly as it is. Anyone running a VIN check through an official provider will see the same history as before.

If a service promises to erase a vehicle's official history, it is not telling you the truth. We put our limits in writing before you pay.

  • DMV and title records
  • Insurance and NMVTIS data
  • Carfax and AutoCheck reports
  • The auctions' own internal databases
  • Manufacturer and recall systems
  • Court, police and customs records

I give them the VIN, get the list of resources, pay, and it's done. A couple of days later everything is closed. Integrated approach is the main advantage.

FAQ

Straight answers

How much does it cost?
It depends on how many pages publish your vehicle and which sites they are. Prices start at $60 per page. You get the full list with a price next to each URL before paying anything.
How long does it take?
Most pages are handled in 1–7 days. Search-engine index and cache updates can take up to 10 extra days after the source page is gone β€” that part is on the search engine's schedule, not ours.
Is this legal?
Yes. We send removal and de-indexing requests regarding public third-party pages. We do not access anyone's systems, and we do not alter, falsify or delete official vehicle records of any kind.
Will the pages come back?
A handled page stays handled. But scrapers re-crawl auctions continuously, so a brand-new copy can appear later from a fresh crawl. That is why we offer monthly monitoring and why we recommend waiting about a week after the auction before ordering.
Can you remove a specific site I name?
Tell us the URL in your request. If the resource is outside our list we will say so honestly in the report instead of taking your money for it.
Does this change the car's history report?
No. Carfax, AutoCheck, NMVTIS, insurance and title records are untouched and will show exactly what they showed before. Anyone who runs an official check will see the full history.
How do I pay?
Visa/Mastercard, PayPal or crypto (USDT, BTC). Companies can request an invoice. Payment happens after you approve the report and the page list.
Do you only work with vehicle data?
No. Vehicle listings are simply the request we get most often. We also handle DMCA takedowns for copied photos and text, removal of personal information and documents published without consent, and GDPR erasure requests β€” the same process, a different legal ground.
