Terms of Service

These Terms govern the relationship between the client ("you") and this data-removal service ("we", "us"). By submitting a request you accept them.

1. What the service is

We prepare and submit removal and de-indexing requests concerning public pages published by third parties, and advise on the legal ground for doing so. In practice that means:

DMCA and copyright takedown notices for photographs, video and text republished without permission, including listings and photographs of your property;
erasure and objection requests under the GDPR and comparable data-protection rules;
removal of personal photographs, photographs of documents, addresses and contact details published without consent;
de-indexing requests to search engines for the pages concerned.

Vehicle auction listings and VIN-related pages are the most frequent category of request we receive, and are handled on the same grounds as everything above.

2. What the service is not

We do not, under any circumstances and for any fee:

alter, falsify, delete or influence official vehicle records, including DMV/title records, insurance records, NMVTIS, Carfax, AutoCheck, manufacturer or recall systems, or the auctions' own internal databases;
alter or misstate a vehicle's mileage, damage status, title brand or ownership history;
access any system without authorisation, or act on behalf of anyone we are not instructed by;
create, supply or assist with false documents of any kind.

A vehicle's documented history remains fully available to anyone who obtains an official history report. Nothing in our service is intended to be used to withhold material information from a buyer, an insurer, a lender or any authority, and requesting our service for that purpose is a breach of these Terms.

3. Scope and results

Before payment you receive a report listing the specific URLs we can act on and the price for each. We work only on the URLs you select and approve. Where a third party declines a request, or a page is outside our list of supported resources, we tell you and you are not charged for it.

4. Timing

Most requests are completed within 1–7 days. Removal of a page from a search engine's index and cache follows the search engine's own schedule and may take additional time after the source page is gone. These timings are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Recurrence

Third-party sites continuously re-crawl auction sources. A new copy of a listing may appear after your order is completed. This is a new page, not a failure of the completed work, and is handled as a new request or under an optional monitoring subscription.

6. Payment and refunds

Payment is made after you approve the report and the list of pages. If a paid URL cannot be processed, that portion is refunded or credited. Completed work is not refundable.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have a legitimate interest in the vehicle whose VIN you submit, and that you are not using the service to mislead any counterparty or authority. We may refuse or terminate any request at our discretion.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected request. We are not liable for the actions or policies of third-party websites or search engines.

9. Independence

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Copart, IAAI, Manheim, Carfax, AutoCheck, Google or any other company named on this website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
